We check for any refractive error that may cause blurry vision. Myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), astigmatism and presbyopia can all cause mild to severe blurriness. We are able to prescribe glasses or contact lens prescriptions that will benefit and clear up your vision. Some conditions like keratoconus or myopic degeneration have best outcome with specialty lenses such as sclerals, gas permeable, or MiSight contact lenses, we prescribe specialty contact lenses as needed. 

We check your binocular function and peripheral vision. Sometimes the eyes do not work well together, conditions such as strabismus, severe exo/esotropia can all cause discomfort and strain on the eyes. We work and comanage with vision therapy and strabismus surgeons to improve eye strain and appearance. Glaucoma and stroke are a few conditions that may affect peripheral vision and we are able to comanage with the appropriate specialists for best care.

Career and DMV forms; electricians, aircrew, military, and other professions may require color vision, visual acuity and peripheral tests for clearance. We are able to fill out the forms and perform the necessary tests needed for clearance.
